Pete Tolmie
Pete is a senior solicitor in the rural business and natural capital team and represents a wide range of clients in the Highlands from large estates and housebuilders to crofters. He advises on a variety of rural property matters including acquisitions and sales for individuals, businesses and investors and development work for landowners and commercial developers.
Pete has a particular interest in advisory work regarding rights of access, community rights to buy and land reform generally. He has experience as a crofting lawyer and advises both landowners and crofters on a variety of crofting law matters.
