Peter is in the Business Disputes & Asset Recovery Team and specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration.
He has experience of litigating cases at all levels of court procedure, including the courts of appeal and the UK Supreme Court - incorporating high-profile and high-value cases. He joined the litigation team from an international firm in Sydney and his practice has a strong international aspect. He is currently acting for clients who are involved in disputes in England, Jersey, France and Germany.
Peter is recognised for his ability to quickly get to grips with the detail in complex disputes and he is an adept court practitioner. Before qualifying as a solicitor, he worked in the financial services sector. He has acted for a range of clients, including: banks, pension schemes, trustees, companies and individuals in a variety of disputes.
