Peter is a Senior Associate within the banking and finance team and acts for clients on transactions with domestic, national, and international scope.

He regularly advises clients on real estate finance, corporate finance, and structured finance matters, including debt portfolio sales and purchases, securitisations, and warehousing finance transactions.

Peter also has experience in acting as lead adviser to private banks in connection with bespoke financing arrangements with high-net-worth individuals and investment schemes.
