Phoebe is a solicitor in the Insurance and Risk team specialising in defence of professional liability claims and regulatory investigations. Phoebe works with the team in handling a wide range of claims against solicitors, advocates, accountants, engineers, architects, insurance brokers, and other professionals, either through their insurers or direct.

Phoebe qualified in 2022 after training exclusively in litigation, predominantly carrying out defender based clinical and professional negligence work. After qualifying, she specialised in clinical negligence and professional discipline work and gained experience in dealing with high value and complex claims raised in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Courts. She also represented doctors and dentists in fitness to practise proceedings and a variety of clients in Fatal Accident Inquiries.
