Rachael is an English qualified property disputes solicitor in the Business Disputes and Asset Recovery team. Rachael joined Brodies in 2024 having qualified and practiced at a London firm.
She has experience acting for landlords, tenants and developers across a wide array of areas, including dilapidations, possession proceedings (residential and commercial), breaches of covenants, and claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
