Rebecca is a senior associate in our Corporate team, having joined Brodies from an international commercial firm in March 2021.
Rebecca has been involved in acting for a broad range of clients in both the private and public sphere, family-run businesses, SMEs and insolvency practitioners. Her experience includes involvement in a number of domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, group restructurings and reorganisations, insolvency proceedings and corporate governance in a range of sectors including energy, food and drink, retail, real estate and technology.
