Rebecca is a solicitor in Brodies’ contentious construction team, having joined the firm after qualifying in September 2025. She works across court proceedings and adjudications, and regularly assists on complex and high‑value disputes.

Rebecca acts for employers, contractors, sub‑contractors, consultants and insurers in relation to matters including construction defects, project delay and payment disputes. She brings a broad understanding of construction projects to her contentious work, having completed traineeship seats in both construction disputes and transactional construction.
