Rhona Delaney
Rhona joined Brodies as an associate in the charities and third sector team in July 2022. Rhona specialises in providing corporate, governance and charity law advice and guidance.
Rhona has advised charity and third sector clients since qualifying as a solicitor in 2016. Rhona therefore has several years' experience in this area and has advised on a wide range of matters, from the setting up of new charities and social enterprises, to providing advice to existing organisations, development trusts and social enterprises on various legal structures, governance matters, constitutional documents, mergers and reorganisations.
