Ruth leads the client, sectors and international (CSI) team at Brodies and joined the firm in July 2025. The role of CSI as a team is to help the firm put clients at the heart of everything we do.

The team’s focus is on truly understanding the firm’s clients and the markets they operate in, delivering a seamless and differentiated experience, and taking a future-focused mindset to help them succeed. Using data-driven insight and client feedback, the CSI team also supports colleagues to embed long-term relationships and nurture new opportunities collaboratively across all of Brodies’ practices and sectors.

Over the past 18 years Ruth has held many senior roles with top-tier law firms in both London and Sydney. Throughout her career she has focused on building high performing teams, growing long-term mutually beneficial client relationships, and developing best practice client account programmes underpinned by collaborative leadership models.
