As a member of the Construction, Infrastructure and Projects team, Sandra drafts and negotiates build contracts, consultant appointments, performance bonds, collateral warranties and various other ancillary construction documents.
She has experience in providing tailored commercial advice to a wide variety of construction parties including private and public sector developers, funders, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants. She acts on all types of transactional matters across different sectors including food & drink, energy, infrastructure, commercial and industrial development. This has afforded Sandra a good understanding of sector specific motivations and risk appetites.
Sandra has a sound understanding of construction contracts and an ability to deliver practical solutions to clients. She has experience in advising on all core industry standard form contracts including IChemE, FIDIC, NEC and JCT and also on bespoke EPC contracts and project agreements.
Sandra has a strong focus on developing and maintaining lasting client relationships based on mutual trust and commitment.
