Simon qualified into the contentious construction team in August 2024, having previously spent a portion of his traineeship in the team. He also draws on experience gained in commercial property.

Simon is regularly involved with adjudication proceedings, as well as court actions in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. He acts for employers, contractors and subcontractors in a broad variety of disputes.
