Simren qualified as a solicitor in the real estate team in August 2024, having completed her traineeship with Brodies. During her traineeship, Simren worked in several different areas of law, and in her current role draws upon valuable experience gained within the real estate and construction, infrastructure and projects teams, as well as in the commercial services division.

Simren works with a wide range of clients including local authorities, property investors, commercial developers and property asset managers. This has afforded Simren a well-rounded awareness of both the public and private sector requirements, assisting her in providing tailored commercial advice. Simren has considerable expertise in commercial leasing (from both landlord and tenant perspective), sales and acquisitions and asset management transactions.
