Stacey Gourley
Stacey advises clients on a broad range of matters including will and power of attorney preparation, executries, tax and estate planning, trusts, and incapacity related issues. Stacey has a particular interest in winding up complex estates often involving family businesses, farming and/or agricultural interests.
Having extensive experience of working with older clients, she understands the importance of considering any difficulties, both mental and physical, which can affect older and vulnerable clients.
Stacey adopts a holistic approach to problem solving and endeavours to put older and vulnerable clients at ease when advising on their personal affairs and dealing with sometimes complex, life changing issues.
Stacey is based in our Edinburgh office.
