Steph is part of the Professional Negligence team and has extensive experience of representing clients in a variety of actions in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. She is particularly interested in cost-effective solutions to settling claims, including Alternative Dispute Resolution.

She specialises in a wide range of professional negligence claims including claims against solicitors, surveyors, engineers and insurance brokers, as well as advising on the construction and interpretation of insurance policies. Steph also has a broad experience of dealing with regulatory complaints for a wide variety of professionals before regulatory bodies. She is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Forum of Insurance Lawyers and the Society for Construction Law.
