Steph is part of the Professional Negligence team and handles a wide range of negligence claims. Her experience has been enhanced by secondments within the insurance industry.
Steph has handled claims against solicitors, surveyors, engineers and insurance brokers, as well as advising on the construction and interpretation of insurance policies. Steph also has a broad experience of dealing with regulatory complaints for a wide variety of professionals before regulatory bodies. She is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is on the Main Council of the Insurance and Actuarial Society of Glasgow.
