Stewart Gibson
Stewart advises a range of individuals and trustees on all aspects of personal law. This includes the preparation of wills and powers of attorney; complex executry administration; the creation, administration, restructuring and wind-up of trusts; and all aspects of tax planning. Stewart enjoys advising clients from a range of backgrounds. He has particular experience of advising clients who are new to wealth on the whole spectrum of personal legal matters. He also works with many high-net-worth individuals, advising on tax planning and wealth structures.
He has a keen interest in complex cross border estate planning for clients with international connections. Stewart enjoys working in collaboration with other wealth professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our mutual clients. He is committed to offering excellent client service and real solutions; and enjoys building good working relationships with his clients and colleagues.
