Struan joined Brodies' commercial services team in March 2026 following the completion of his traineeship at a specialist entertainment law firm. Struan completed a traineeship in which he gained experience in commercial contracts and intellectual property, and draws on these experiences to better understand his clients' commercial needs.
Struan is involved in a variety of transactions, giving advice to clients in the private, public and third sectors on commercial contracts, outsourcing, data protection, and intellectual property.
