Susanne has been a partner in the Brodies personal team for 14 years and prides herself on delivering excellent client service. Working collaboratively with the team, she ensures that clients are clear on all aspects of costs, timescales and progress.
Her main areas of practice include trusts and executries, succession planning, including wills and inheritance tax advice , and incapacity planning with a particular focus on advising high net worth clients. Susanne is the trusted adviser for a number of high net worth families guiding them through their asset protection and succession planning. She specialises in cross border estates, representing individuals and assets all over the world and has a significant interest in the area of adults with incapacity. Her large trust practice includes personal injury and charitable trusts.
Susanne is based in our Edinburgh office.
