Suzanne is a Director in the oil & gas team and is located in the London area.

Suzanne qualified over 25 years ago and has significant, diverse legal experience working both in private practice and in-house. In addition to her experience working in oil & gas, she has worked for a major US telecoms company advising on corporate issues and infrastructure projects across its business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a City law firm in London, Brussels and Asia, and at a global investment bank.

Suzanne advises on a wide variety of upstream oil and gas matters, both offshore and onshore, covering the life cycle of an asset from licensing and joint bidding agreements through to decommissioning security agreements at the end of field life and including field development agreements (including pre-development agreements and transportation arrangements), corporate/asset acquisitions and disposals, due diligence exercises and farm-in transactions. She had an extensive secondment to the legal team at an oil and gas operator, advising its in-house commercial and finance teams on a wide range of day-to-day transactional, operational and compliance matters in respect of its UK, European and African operations.

Suzanne delivers commercially, astute, pragmatic advice and clients recognise her ability to think out of the box to resolve problems. She is English qualified, a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
