Trish specialises in commercial property and has acted for a wide range of clients, including start-up businesses and multi-national plcs, and works with all types of clients, from individuals and sole traders to partnerships and companies.

She has experience in a variety of work, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial land and buildings, the taking and granting of leases and licences, advising landlords and tenants, the investigation and deduction of titles, and advice on title issues generally.

Trish also has experience in the property aspects of self-invested personal pension schemes (SIPPs), and has worked in corporate support, including drafting and negotiating warranties, disclosure letters, property licences, and other documentation.
