Victoria joined the firm in 2025 from a leading US firm in London, having previously trained and worked at another US firm. She is an experienced real estate lawyer, advising across numerous practice areas including corporate, finance, restructuring and infrastructure matters.

Victoria’s main practice is advising private equity clients on all matters relating to purchases and sales of real estate through share or asset purchases. She also advises on both the landlord and tenant sides of real estate transactions, as well as working with institutional lenders, borrowers and administrators and receivers.

She is a knowledgeable pro bono adviser across a variety of real estate and real estate finance matters, working with large charities, social enterprises and disadvantaged individuals.
