William Payne
William is an experienced English-qualified commercial litigator, with a particular focus on property litigation. William has experience in the full range of property disputes, including development disputes, lease renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidations as well as in complex international trusts and insolvency matters.
He has worked with large institutional funds, small entrepreneurial property funds, public bodies, high net worth individuals and charities. He is focused on providing all clients with clear advice and aims to help them resolve disputes in a cost-effective manner.
Prior to joining Brodies, William worked as a senior associate in the commercial litigation department of a leading firm in the City of London.
