The last few years have been a time of unprecedented change. Brexit, the Covid pandemic and the increasing urgency of the climate crisis have accelerated changes already underway and effected new developments in our economy and how we use our towns and cities.

In a series of article and conversations we will look at how our built environment is evolving to respond to these changes, whether that is repurposing existing buildings or regenerating brownfield land. We also consider the economic transformations taking place and the new industries and markets that will help us to recover from Covid, deliver net zero and create growth and prosperity.
