Harassment at work is hitting the headlines – and not just in the media. It is an issue for regulators, employers and the government.
But what exactly is it and when does it create risk for your organisation?

At our next HR Academy we will address the different ways in which HR teams can help ensure that their organisation is responding appropriately. Delegates will leave with a clear plan to address:

1. Identifying unlawful harassment and understanding the legal rules that apply to it
2. Creating the right policy framework for your organisation
3. Leading the initial response to an allegation of harassment – suspension, communication, other practical steps
4. Managing the investigation - balancing the rights of everyone involved
5. Supporting the disciplinary processes
6. Managing and resolving legal disputes that involve an element of harassment.

As with all of our Academy sessions, this series is suitable for those new to HR or who are returning after a period away from practice. Given the subject matter, however, more experienced practitioners may also benefit from attending.
