A mutually beneficial process, secondments encourage the alignment of working practices and increase our knowledge and understanding of our clients’ businesses and ambitions.
Our secondments are not always delivered in the traditional sense, with a dedicated lawyer or lawyers working at our client’s premises. They can be ‘virtual’ with a dedicated resource based at Brodies managed by the client.
We also offer ‘reverse’ secondments where a client can send a member of their in-house legal team to gain a fresh perspective or specialist expertise working alongside our lawyers.
Secondments are bespoke to each client. By listening to our clients and taking the time to immerse ourselves in the sectors in which we operate, we understand the market context that is vital to the delivery of legal solutions that respond to our clients’ needs.
