Tell us about your role

In my role as Marketing and Events Coordinator, I have primary responsibility for supporting the Brodies training programme, encompassing our programme of webinars and seminars. This involves working closely with colleagues in Business Development to schedule, coordinate and deliver each session, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience. Given the firm‑wide nature of the programme, I work across all practice areas and regularly support and attend sessions on a wide range of topics, from employment law to planning.

What is the most interesting project you have been involved in?

One of the most interesting pieces of work I have been involved in was supporting our tennis events, including both Battle of the Brits and the Brodies Tennis Invitational. These were high‑profile and fast‑paced projects that were hugely rewarding, but they also presented a number of logistical challenges. Managing the public ticketing process in particular required careful coordination and attention to detail and provided valuable experience in handling large‑scale audience engagement.

I also really enjoyed working on Being Brodies: Live! where I led on the scavenger hunt and quiz. This was quite different from my day‑to‑day responsibilities and offered a great opportunity to develop new skills in creative event planning. I also managed the registration process for the event, reviewing and organising more than 600 lines of data to ensure that all attendees were correctly registered and had access to the event app. It was a significant task, but one that gave me strong insight into managing complex datasets and delivering a seamless participant experience.
