Brodies LLP has advised leading US private equity firm Accel‑KKR on its acquisition of a significant stake in Danish workforce management software company tamigo ApS.

The partnership represents a strategic bolt‑on to its Nordic HR technology platform established through Accel‑KKR’s earlier acquisitions of Eletive and 4human, transactions on which Brodies also acted as lead counsel. Together, the platform reflects Accel-KKR’s long-term strategy of building leading HR software platforms across the Nordic region and beyond.

Brodies led a multi‑jurisdictional legal team and managed due diligence across Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia and Spain. The cross‑practice team was led by M&A partner Will McIntosh, with assistance from Rhea Darroch and Alasdair Dunn, together with additional support from funds partner Andrew Akintewe and associate Bethany Carr.

  • majority investment in CareLineLive, a cloud‑based care‑management platform (UK and Australia);
  • investment in Eletive, an AI‑enabled employee‑engagement and people‑analytics platform (Sweden);
  • investment in 4human, a multi‑jurisdictional HR and payroll SaaS provider (Norway, Poland and Slovakia);
  • majority investment into REG Technologies, a provider of compliance‑automation solutions for the insurance sector (UK);
  • Singletrack’s strategic acquisition of Mediasterling, positioning the combined group to lead capital markets into the AI era (UK); and
  • majority investment in AccessPay, a leading bank integration solution provider (UK)

These transactions underline Brodies’ strength in advising private equity clients on complex, fast‑moving, technology‑driven transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
