Martyn’s Law requires organisations to take a proactive approach to security and incident response. With implementation only a few months away, organisations should take steps now to prepare. In this series of webinars, we will look at the premises and events that fall within the scope of the Act and what those in control of those premises and events will have to do to comply with the new requirements.
The series will focus on three main sectors: hotels and hospitality, public sector, and retail. Clare Bone and Amy Anderson from the Health and Safety team will run this series and be joined by sector experts who will provide their valuable insights into what will be expected of organisations when the new requirements come into force in April 2027.

Amy advises clients who are subject to investigation by the HSE, local authorities including Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Care Inspectorate, Scottish Legal Complaints Commission and the Law Society of Scotland, among others. She advises clients on all aspects of regulatory investigations, including enforcement action.
