Forestry: Brexit and Devolution

The UK legislative landscape in relation to forestry is changing significantly, and not just because of Brexit.

While the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 changes how forestry is regulated in Scotland, Scottish secondary legislation has been made to ensure that relevant EU legislation remains operational after Brexit.
