- Take time to find out about our business, our values, and our people. This will help you to identify if we're the right fit for you, and vice-versa.
- Research the role, practice area and clients the team acts for to ensure you can tailor your application. Make sure you're prepared to answer the question why am I applying for this role?
- A great covering letter really showcases you; highlight your key achievements, your strengths, and demonstrate how your skills and experience are a good match.
- If you spent your traineeship at home, be prepared to tell us about it at the interview stage - how did you adapt your learning and get to know colleagues in an online setting?
- Don't worry if you haven't completed a seat in the practice area that you're interested in applying for.
