Kirstie Maclennan
Kirstie is the People Engagement Director for Brodies and brings a wealth of experience from over 20 years' working in professional services.
Kirstie is responsible for developing and implementing the overall HR strategy for the firm. She creates strategies that aim to get the best out of people by making their careers rewarding and challenging and develops policies that support a diverse environment.
Kirstie keeps the wellbeing of all Brodies colleagues at the forefront of her mind. One of our core values is care and it is important that we live by that value. Wellbeing at Brodies is not an initiative but is part of the fabric of the firm, and Kirstie plays a vital role in promoting and delivering a culture in which we care for our colleagues.
