Rachael is a family lawyer accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law, an accredited family law mediator and a collaborative practitioner based in our Aberdeen office.

Rachael undertakes a variety of work in all areas of family law, including financial provision on divorce cases, child law matters, the preparation of pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation issues. She regularly appears in court and has experience of instructing counsel in Court of Session actions.

Rachael graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2011 and worked at Aberdeen Sheriff Court gaining experience in Civil Law before joining Brodies in April 2013. She sits on the committee of the Family Law Association. Rachael is based in Aberdeen but is regularly instructed by clients throughout Scotland.
