Robert Ross

Robert is a senior lawyer with over 20 years' experience of advising clients across a wide range of corporate and commercial projects. He has a unique insight from a client's perspective having previously spent 9 years' leading a number of strategic initiatives at a major challenger bank. The breadth and depth of his experience allows him to provide pragmatic and commercially focussed advice at all stages of the contracting process.

Robert acts for a range of UK and international clients across a number of different sectors including the Transport, Public, Facilities Management and Utilities sectors. He specialises in advising clients in relation to complex contractual arrangements (including services agreements, outsourcing, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, collaboration agreements and re-organisations). Robert also has a key focus on public procurement law and regularly advises public sector clients as regards their procurement contracts and procedures.

Robert is also responsible for leading Brodies innovative Virtual GC offering to clients in the corporate / commercial sector.
