Yve Maclean
Yve has specialised in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2019. She has experience representing clients in a broad variety of family matters such as child contact and residence disputes, grandparent contact, adoption, separation and divorce, cohabitation separation and protective orders.
Yve is committed to ensuring that, where possible, she can achieve a positive outcome for her clients through negotiation. However, Yve is also an experienced litigator, having represented a variety of clients' interests in Sheriff Courts.
Yve has recently undertaken a trauma informed law course run by the Law Society of Scotland which enhances her compassionate approach to dealing with clients who have suffered trauma.
In June 2025, Yve also completed the Consensus Scotland Collaboration training. Yve is delighted to be able to broaden her dispute resolution skills to include collaboration.
Yve is based out of our Inverness office.
