We supported Clyde Gateway on the delivery of a district heating masterplan for the Dalmarnock regeneration area and the development of a new, innovative 5G ambient heat network as part of the D2 Grids Project.

Outcome
For this project, we had to look beyond the legal rights and bring our market insight, policy development and practical experience., We also brought a breadth of experience to support on all aspects of the project including public law, corporate law, subsidy control, real estate, construction and finance.
This project is particularly relevant at a time when the delivery of a new innovative low carbon district energy is crucial to achieve climate change targets and secure economic benefit to local areas.
