Take the next step in your legal journey. Our new training contract programme equips you with valuable experience to develop your skills as a lawyer that aligns with the evolving landscape of legal qualification in England and Wales. You will work across various different practice areas, these can include Dispute Resolution & Risk, Real Estate, and Personal & Family.

You'll gain hands-on experience with a variety of legal cases, learning from and working alongside our leading experts. This will count as Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) under the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) framework which is the route to qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Throughout your training contract, you will be involved in real-world legal work, giving you the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge, while developing practical skills across different areas of law.

We will provide support as you prepare for the SQE assessments, ensuring that you are well-equipped not only with the technical legal knowledge required, but also with the practical experience necessary to succeed.

Candidates will be based in our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices during their training contracts.
