Brodies' Homes 2023 Conference brought together key stakeholders across the residential sector to explore and discuss those challenges and identify possible solutions to help deliver more homes across all tenures.

Housing in Scotland: Challenges and Opportunities in 2023
From February to May 2023 we hosted a series of independently moderated roundtable discussion in each of our Scottish offices: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Inverness. The events were attended by housebuilders and developers, social and private landlords, planning authorities and third sector and special interest groups. Our report Housing in Scotland: Challenges and Opportunities 2023 summarises the key issues that were identified in the discussions and Brodies' observations on how these can be addressed.
