Our cross-practice government and business team (GBT) includes colleagues with expertise in real estate, construction, central and local government, renewable energy, social and affordable housing, banking and finance, education, planning, and infrastructure.
Our knowledge of the regulatory environments within which our clients operate in the private sector, in government at central and local level, and in bodies governed by public/administrative law, coupled with our understanding of what really matters from a risk management, commercial and reputational perspective, allows us to provide succinct and tailored advice and support across all sectors:
- to regulators as well as the regulated;
- to service providers as well as their customers;
- to those covered by the procurement regime as well as companies to which contracts are awarded.
